    Once you’ve passed your official in-person exam you’ll have gained your Maths Foundation GCSE.

    As this Maths Course is a Foundation Tier you will be graded between levels 1-5 (5 being a strong pass/the highest). It is categorised as a Level 2 qualification.

    We have five examination centres around the country: Bolton, Coventry, Doncaster, St Neots Cambridgeshire and Wimbledon. These are  all approved by the Joint Council for Qualifications (JCQ) for you to sit your exams.

    Your GCSE Maths Foundation course can be completed in just 6 months!

    You’ll need to take exams into account, however, as exam sittings are held once per year in May or June.

    What are GCSEs?

    General Certificates of Secondary Education, often referred to as GCSEs are graded on a 9-point scale (9 is the best grade). With a Foundation Tier you can only be graded between levels 1 to 5 (5 is a strong pass/the highest).

     

    When do I get my Maths Foundation GCSE?

     Once you are enrolled you can start learning online straight away – there are no timetables to follow so you can study at your own speed with complete flexibility.

    They’ll be fun online quizzes to help you assess your knowledge as you go. Once you’ve worked your way through all the maths modules, you’ll be provided with a mock exam to help you prepare for sitting the official exam.
