  • Q: How do I log in to my TEFL Course?

    Click here to log in to your TEFL Course: https://www.i-to-i.com/login. You’ll just need the username and password we’ve provided in your confirmation email.

    If you’re struggling to log in to your Course, you can contact our Customer Support Team for some help.

    Once you log in, you’ll have access to your TEFL Course and any extra Add-on Courses that you’ve bought.

  • Q: How do I know if I'm doing a Level 3 or Level 5 TEFL Course?

    Please check your confirmation email to confirm your course level.

  • Q: How long does a TEFL Course take to complete?

    The time it takes to complete a TEFL Course depends on a few different factors, including: the length of TEFL Course you’ve purchased, the Level of the TEFL Course you’ve purchased, the time you can commit to your studies on a daily/weekly basis and your own understanding of TEFL.

    As a general rule, Level 3 Courses take between 4-10 weeks to complete and Level 5 Courses take between 6-12 weeks to complete – but this time varies widely.

  • Q: How do I submit a course assignment?

    Throughout your TEFL Course, you’ll have numerous assignments to complete – but don’t worry! There are clear instructions on how to do this within your Course.

    You can write your work in a Word document and then upload it to your Course and it’ll automatically be submitted to a tutor to be graded. Simple!

  • Q: How long does it take for a tutor to grade my assignment?

    Count on up to one week’s handling time for every assignment you send to our tutors. However, if you’re taking a Level 3 Course, you can purchase Express Marking which ensures feedback within 24-48 hours. If you’re interested, you can contact our Customer Support Team for more information.

  • Q: How long will I have online access to my TEFL Course?

    This depends on the TEFL Course you’ve purchased. Please see a list of Course access times below:

    Level 3

    • 120 Hour Online TEFL Course: 10 weeks
    • 140 Hour Combined TEFL Course: 10 weeks
    • 180 Hour Online TEFL Course: 16 weeks
    • 200 Hour Combined TEFL Course: 16 weeks
    • 300 Hour Online TEFL Course: 27 weeks
    • 320 Hour Combined TEFL Course: 27 weeks

    Level 5

    • 180 Hour Online TEFL Course: 180 days
    • 200 Hour Combined TEFL Course: 180 days
    • 240 Hour Online TEFL Course: 215 days
    • 260 Hour Combined TEFL Course: 215 days
    • 300 Hour Online TEFL Diploma: 250 days
    • 320 Hour Combined TEFL Diploma: 250 days

When can I start looking for work?
You can actually start looking as soon as you’ve started your Course – you’ll just need to let any prospective employers know that your qualification is in progress.
