Next, you’ll get a good understanding of the differences between teaching older and younger students. Plus, you’ll learn about adapting your teaching styles and lesson plans to accommodate for younger students.
At the end of this Course, you’ll have strong knowledge of the key principles of TEFL and the confidence to start teaching!

So, you can rest assured that the content you study will be of the highest quality and your TEFL qualification will internationally-recognised and favoured by employers all over the world.
Who are Ofqual?
Ofqual is the British exam watchdog and their job is to ensure qualifications awarded are of the highest standard. An Ofqual stamp of approval on your qualification will be recognised worldwide and is highly respected by employers, pushing your resume to the top of the pile and getting you your dream TEFL job!
Did you know?

This all depends on how you want to use your qualification. If you want access to better prospects, higher paying positions and more benefits, we’d always recommend taking a Level 5 Course.
You don’t need to be an expert in grammar, the course will teach you everything you need to know in that area. Plus, you already speak English – so you already know it! You just don’t know you know it.
Yes – you don’t have to be a native English speaker to teach abroad but you'll need to have at least a near-native level of English to take one of our Level 5 Courses. If your English is good but not at a near-native level, why not take a look at our range of Level 3 Courses instead?
You don’t need any qualifications, other than TEFL, to teach abroad. A few countries may ask for a bachelor’s degree for visa purposes but there are many, many places you can teach without a degree!
Ofqual – or the Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulation – are a department of the UK Government who assess qualifications to make sure they hit the criteria that shows they qualify as legitimate certifications. They regulate all of our top TEFL Courses and you can see i-to-i on their register here.
