Endorsed by Employers
i-to-i TEFL courses are endorsed by leading language school employers worldwide.
We turn to i-to-i for our hiring needs and have complete confidence that their teachers will do a fantastic job inside the classroom.
If all our recruits were as well prepared as i-to-i graduates, we would please every school we contract our teachers to.
Mike Maitland, Echo English
i-to-i work really hard to prepare their graduates for teaching English abroad. There are few other courses that are as comprehensive.
We have thoroughly enjoyed our cooperation with i-to-i and are very happy with the quality of their course graduates.
What is the difference between TEFL & TESOL?
To put it simply, there’s nothing different, they both mean the same thing! TEFL stands for Teaching English as a Foreign Language and TESOL stands for Teaching English as a Second or Other Language.
Do I need to speak the local language to teach English abroad?
Definitely not. TEFL is all about the immersion of students into the English language, so even if you did know some of the local language, you’d be encouraged not to use it in the classroom!
Do I need a degree to teach English abroad?
Put simply no, you don’t need a degree to teach English abroad. Whilst in some countries a degree is required for visa purposes there are many other countries available to those without a degree.
