How does a TEFL Experience work?
Will you help me plan? There seems to be a lot to organise
Absolutely. Our staff know TEFL inside out! You’ll have a TEFL Adviser to help you choose an experience to fit you, then advise on things like organising your visa. Once you touch down in-country, our partners will take over – they’re local experts and can even recommend the best spot for a beer. We’ll give as much (or as little) support as you need – just ask!
I want to see the world, but I'm worried about travelling alone!
Don’t worry – we get it. It can be nerve-wracking to set off overseas alone, but on a TEFL Experience you’ll be with a group of travellers who are all in the same boat. It’s the perfect chance to make new friends and enjoy the support that group travel provides.
What kind of additional costs am I looking at?
The money you pay us covers the essentials like accommodation, meals and airport pickups. As well as this, you’ll need to book flights, cover your visa and sometimes police check costs, and bring spare cash to cover things like weekend meals, excursions, sightseeing and shopping. We’ll let you work out your own budget for this.
