Top Talent Wanted Here
i-to-i is its people. We want to attract talented people, ambitious people, driven people who want what we do: success, reward and recognition. We'll train and coach you to help you be the best that you can be; in return we ask that you give your commitment and talent to help make i-to-i the travel company of the twenty-first century.
About us
Since our launch in 1995, i-to-i has been widely recognised as the leader in the field of volunteer, work and travel, working with around 15,000 travellers a year. We have three wholly owned offices in the UK, Ireland and Australia and work with renowned agents such as STA Travel, Flight Centre, USIT, Opodo and Lonely Planet. An ambitious global company, we are proud to be doing great work abroad helping projects and people achieve their dreams.
Our talent
Around 50 people work full time in i-to-i offices. We are bright, fast thinking, creative and we believe in making a difference in the world. We work with around 30 committed freelance TEFL tutors, 40 overseas co-coordinators and employ around 10 in-country leaders at any one time.
Our offices
UK - We have around 35 people working like the clappers in our UK Headquarters. It's a large open plan building on the outskirts of lovely Leeds, the Mecca of the North. The blinds are orange, the carpets are blue, we have a little cafe, alternative therapists float in from time to time and we have a large inflatable dolphin hanging from the ceiling.
Ireland - The magnificent ten run the very successful i-to-i Ireland. Based in the sleepy Waterford Town of Dungarvan, their claim to fame is to have the highest postage bill in the whole county of Waterford.
Australia - From the hustle and bustle of inner-city Melbourne, our charming team of five is working hard persuading their fellow countrymen to leave their fabulous country. At lunch times they can often be found soaking up some rays or drinking coffee at the cafe across the road!
So, who needs HSBC, Vodafone or Kellogg's? we can still offer the chance of some great international experience.
