How to get there
FAQs
Local transport and parking
The hotel is around 6km from Port Elizabeth’s train station and is easily accessible by taxi or car. There is plenty of parking at the hotel if you’re driving. If you’re coming from further afield, the Port Elizabeth International Airport is 3.5km away.
What are the course start and finish times?
The course starts at 9am and finishes at 6pm on both the Saturday and Sunday. We’d recommend arriving 15 minutes before to have time to find the venue before your training starts.
Where should I go when I arrive?
On arrival, please go to the reception desk and let them know you’re attending the TEFL course. They’ll then direct you to the correct venue room.
Is lunch provided?
Lunch isn’t provided but you’ll get an hour each day to either go out or eat your packed lunch. The venue will provide light refreshments of tea, coffee and biscuits in the morning and afternoon on each day.
Is accommodation included?
Accommodation isn’t included in the course cost but you are welcome to book your own room at the venue or close by if you wish. We’d recommend this for students travelling long distances, wherever possible.
