Liverpool Lime Street Station is a 20 minute walk away. You can also catch a bus from the station to the venue. From Liverpool Lime Street, you can catch a bus (bus service 500 or 82A) outside St Johns Market on Elliot Street then get off at Liverpool One Bus Station and from there catch the 86 or 86a and alight at Albert Dock. The bus journey total is 8 minutes. Then it’s just a 5 minute walk to the hotel. Be sure to check bus times, before choosing your route.
The hotel has a bar menu which serves sandwiches and lunches from 11am. The hotel is directly next door to Pizza Express, and if you are coming from the bus station or train station you'll pass many shops and cafés on the way such as Costa, Starbucks and Tesco Express. There's also a sandwich shop on the dock itself called the Gallery Café, which is a 5 minute walk from the hotel.
Both TEFL Courses in Liverpool begin at 9:00 am. We recommend to get to the hotel a little earlier, so you have time to find your way around and meet some of your coursemates before lessons start. The hotel has a breakout area on the conference floor where you can wait until you are shown by trainers/organizers which room you will be in. If you are late for the course, please call reception and they can pass your message on to the tutor. Once you arrive, let reception know what you’re there for and they’ll be able to direct you to the right room.
No need to overthink your wardrobe, unless, of course, that’s what you like doing. TEFL students usually opt for casual wear. There’s no formal dress code for the course.
I- to- tefl given me an oppurtunity to learn and to work abroad. Now, i can travel the SE ASIAN country to teach English. Thank you TEFL. more power.! :)
It was a great course that helped me figure out what I wanted to do.
I have been training working adults in South Africa for many years, so it is exciting to now have additional skills that will enable me to teach anywhere in the world. New horizons, indeed!
It is a good course. Just got a job in China.
The ease of access to the learning materials.
The course was very clear and it laid out the modules in a way that you would instantly understand. The amount of things you could learn in such a small amount of time is amazing.
I enjoyed the weekend practical course and it helped me to remember the theory. My lecturer was very good. I was very impressed with her feedback. Thank you so much Francessca.
The content is excellent and well presented. It's not too vague on information but it also doesn't drone on for ages each page meaning the learner stays more engaged. TEFL made me happy because it taught me enough to help me pass and now I can work in this area! Thank you!
It is an eye opener for someone who is coming from traditional teaching
