FAQs

Is the course venue in central Dublin?

Yes, the course is located in central Dublin and is easy to get to by public transport. You can find details of the nearest bus and train stops above.

Do I need to have completed any TEFL training before the weekend course?

It’s up to you! Some of the course attendees will have completed some online training prior to the weekend course although this is not necessary. If you would like to do some prior training a great option would be the 140 Hour Combined TEFL Course.

No, as everything you need will be provided throughout the course. Some attendees choose to bring a pen and paper with them to take notes.

What can we do for lunch?

As you are in central Dublin there are a number of good, reasonably priced lunch options. Café Perigi just off the top of Lime Street is a good Italian food option.

What time does the course start?

The course starts at 9am prompt on both days. Please arrive around ten minutes before the start of your course. The staff at the Clayton Hotel reception will be able to help you.

Sam Shipley gave outstanding delivery. One thing that is most annoying is questioning without immediate answer. I never experienced that. Prompt and efficient service accompanied with immediate contact, if required. Thank you..
