Travel with i-to-i…
Years of experience
We've been sending people on volunteer trips for more than 10 years. In that time we have built up relationships with hundreds of projects across 5 continents. In the last year alone, we have sent more than 5,000 volunteers to work with important projects worldwide.
Venturesafe
We thoroughly check all of the projects we work with to ensure that they meet our high standards. We will not send a single volunteer to a project unless we've checked it out first. Find out more here.
Pre-departure support
When you choose to travel with us we'll do everything we can to help you prepare for your time abroad. Our expert travel advisors will do all they can to answer your questions and give advice on visas and inoculations. When you book we'll send you a full information pack, which includes a country guide and detailed information about your accommodation and project.
In-country support
When you travel with us there will always be someone there should something go wrong. We'll give you an emergency contact number that will be answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. On top of this our in-country teams are always contactable should you need anything. Find out more about our in-country teams here.
Emergency support
We work with TUI Duty Office who are world-leaders in Crisis Management. They provide a range of services to help companies within the group prepare for emergencies. They’ve helped us to develop an extensive Crisis Response Plan to guide us through any emergency.
ABTA bonded
We are accredited by the Association of British Travel Agents (ABTA). This means that we adhere to the very highest standards in international travel. Find out more about our accreditations and awards.
Dr Kate Simpson has recently published a guide to Ethical Volunteering. Find out more here.
