Turtle and Treetops Experience
Prefer to talk? We can call you!

Do you love animals and have an adventurous streak?

Looking at these ponderous little things clumsily crawling over the sand, we’ve no idea how turtles have managed to survive for millions of years, but they have, and anything that got here that long before us deserves our help. Combining a full itinerary of volunteer work and adventure you can be part of the global effort to help preserve turtles and their hatchlings before enjoying the white-knuckle side of Costa Rica. You’ll be based on the Caribbean side of the country where duties will include nocturnal beach patrols, working in the turtle hatcheries and even releasing new hatchlings into the ocean. Then it’s time for a completely different sort of thrill as you scale 90 ft trees and using zip wires and platforms, get an unforgettable view of the jungle.
