How do we ensure our high standards?
- i-to-i is not your average, small-time TEFL provider. Indeed, we are an international company with more than 80 people working in our offices in the UK, USA, Australia and Ireland. Our devotion to staff training and improvement has been recognised by the British Government and in 2002 we were awarded the “Investors in People" standard. The high level of training provided to our staff can be seen in the quality of service we are able to provide to our customers.
- All our tutors are have at least three years experience living and teaching overseas, and we work hard to ensure that they are trained to the highest standards.
- We regularly inspect our tutors to ensure that they continue to meet our high standards and to ensure that they are fluent in the latest TEFL techniques. This allows us to assess when tutors need training so that they can provide you the service you deserve.
- All i-to-i courses are regularly reviewed and updated so that our courses continue to effectively prepare students for the TEFL classroom. We are constantly gathering and studying feedback from our tutors, graduates and overseas contacts to ensure that we can adapt to the changing needs of language schools around the world.
- We are monitored by the ODLQC to ensure that we maintain the very highest industry standards.
