EF English First is currently offering 20 free flights for the first 20 accepted job offers for English teachers to teach at our Kids and Teens schools. We also have positions at our Adult and Online schools. Join our academic team of over 2,400 teachers in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Guangzhou and many other cities across China. Classes range in size from one-on-one lessons to workshops of up to 25 students. Key responsibilities include planning and delivering lessons using EF's award-winning ESL courseware and evaluating student progress. Schools are equipped with computers, Interactive Whiteboards and iPads. Teachers have access to on-going professional development, certification courses and training modules and invited to participate in company-organized networking, social and cultural events.

TEACHER SUPPORT AND RESOURCES

Our world-class teacher development program provides the opportunity to enroll in certification courses and training modules, thus enabling the strong grounding necessary for advancing your career in teaching and teaching management. Teachers are also encouraged to participate in company-organized networking and social events, Chinese classes and other community-based activities. Teachers have full access to internet connected computers, Interactive Whiteboards and iPads.

Package up to 15,400 RMB per month includes:

Basic Salary of 12,500 - 13,750 RMB based on experience and qualifications

Performance bonus after 6 months up to 1,950 RMB per month for teachers who work at our Kids and Teens schools

667 RMB monthly flight allowance

Requirements

A Bachelor's Degree

A TEFL Certification (EF TEFL sponsorship available)

Must be able to obtain a clear background check

The ability to live abroad for at least one year
