TEFL Tutor – Yesim Cimcoz
Hi, I’m Yesim and I want to welcome to you i-to-i’s Online TEFL course! I received my BA in Creative Writing and English Literature from George Mason University, Virginia in 1988 and went on to complete a Masters in Teaching English as a Foreign Language in 1990.
Having taught English for 13 years, I have worked at all levels of language ability, and with all ages, from kindergarten to university and to students in the business world. I have also worked as a Director of Studies for a university preparatory program, where I helped to establish a new preparatory school. With a team of 20 teachers, I oversaw the design and implementation of a new English language program for the university.
I am currently living in Istanbul, running a private tutoring company alongside my online tutoring.
