Over the last decade travel in the Dominican Republic has become increasingly popular and the country has experienced unprecedented economic growth. After this rapid growth, people were drawn to the cities in their thousands leaving many migrants out of work and many rural communities desolate. The locally run projects we work with are looking for people to volunteer in the Dominican Republic.
