We operate all over the world and if you’re worried about taking time off don’t be, we have career breaks from as short as a week or longer travel adventures for those of you with some serious wanderlust!
The boss
Career break travel is great for the soul but it’s nice to have a job to come back to so present a plan explaining how your absence will be covered and give good notice. Oh and make sure you send postcards from your Thai Island paradise!
The money
Most people just pin a picture of a palm tree on the wall and work like mad but budgeting helps! You may need less than you think as most i-to-i trips include your meals and accommodation, but if raising cash is a problem consider fundraising to pay for your time out. As long as you’re doing something worthwhile, like volunteering abroad, people will gladly to sponsor you. Don’t forget you can be paid whilst you’re away if you decide to teach abroad.
