About Me
hi everyone!!! im very excited about the possiblity that i may be booking the conservation project where the lions and big cats are being breeded. i love animals, people socialising making most of life and have a big eurge to go travelling lately hehehe. if i can get the funds in time i will be hopefully booking for next october 2weeks on the reserve, i want to travel and meet people. il be 21 next year so it will be perfect to start trying to look at options to see the big wild world. as u can see im quite a talker lol. it was mighty we were left do as much work as we wanted and play with the cubs as long as we wanted at night. I am just on facebook you will find me under Craig England. I had trouble with the photos so it will be a few days before my ones will be up.

I well of course let you know what happenes and no I don't work with big cats I live on a farm and I am a mechanic during the day. I justed always wanted to do somethink like this

Hey, thats alright. Im only doing the 2 weeks, as i have to come back and start my final year at uni....and no i am not paid on cats, im a volunteer...occasionally paid on childrens zoo though. There will be 5 of us going on my trip...one of whom is my friend from uni, she booked our flights with BA so i think we got them for £700. i used my uni loan to pay for this trip as well as the field trip we did to south africa last october!!
I couldnt get hold of the people at boskoppie...i wanted to know what cubs they have at the moment as i want as much expereince of the hand rearing as possible...all i have heard that there is are lions, tigers and jaguars..i hope there are leopards and cheetahs on site too!!! x

I have never been to Chester, would love to go! Id say the best way of getting a job at a zoo is to 1st do an animal course (not so much a degree) but something like a national diploma in animal management etc... also go and get as much experience as possible....so far i have worked with cats at chessington, parasise wildlife park, the cat survival trust and the wildlife heritage foundation...and i plan to go to more places when i get the time....its sstupidly hard gettting into the zoo world, so good luck x

Hi, i see your doing the same trip as me...im going in 4 weeks though!!! Have you ever worked with Big cats before?? You will absolutely love it, they are wicked!! I cant wait to get out there and interact and learn how to hand-rear all the different cubs!!! x
