Hope you don't mind but I'm shamelessly begging for votes as the closing date for voting is fast approaching (in 5th place right now!) and SO many people seem to not be able to vote I need extra extra votes!!

This competition literally means everything to me. I'm now truly beginning to discover who I am, and find the path I need to be on. Winning this trip of a lifetime, one that from a financial point of view I cannot ever really seeing myself being able to afford, would literally change my life, shake up my world and give me another perspective. I beg of you to vote for me more than any other competitor, because not only would I use up every single second of it to the nth degree and make the absolute most of it, I think it would make the most of me. ah ok cool good to hear the home stay is quite nice-how about the food as im a veggie and hate spicy food -:(
oh okay cool so your going to meet us on the 17th then go off to the islands that will be great, cant wait for that bit myself! do you know which ones yet, i havnt decided what ones to go to.

helllloooo, its abbie and roshni here... we're at the elephant place now! it's really good. the homestay is nice... we thought it was quite basic when we got here but then stayed in a hotel in Surin last night and realised it's actually quite luxurious!! the elephant place is amazing and you will have a great time!
cool your travelling after sounds really good. I'm (Abbie) doing a week after Surin but got worried about it so am going back to Bamgkok with Roshni then meeting you lot when you get there and then going to the islands!! The i-to-i team are really good and very helpful, especially if you worry about anything but they are very laidback!!
It's great and look forward to meeting you on the 17th.

yeah thats cool , blimey so your off i guess anytime now. try and let me know how you get on. are you staying in thailand after il be staying for a week after my trip but not sure yet where il go make it up as i go along i guess. have loads of fun---take care!!!

I know, it's sooo soon. and I only booked it last week so it's come even quicker for me! I have no idea what to take yet either cus my account hasn't been updated and I've never done anything like this before!
Can't wait to go now.

Hiya Sarah, just saw your comment. I have no idea how to use this thing I never seem to be able to find what I was on last time haha! I'm goin on the Thailand elephant conservation trip but I go 03/07/09 for 2 weeks so will be leaving when you arrive but if I can I'll let you know what it's like.
I'm propa excited but haven't done anything like this before so have no idea what to expect!

Great to see that you're off to Thailand, we just wanted to let you know that all volunteers get an email 2 weeks before their trip with a list of everyone else who is going to the same destination on the same day. So no matter which project you're going on you'll be able to get in touch with other people in country!
