It seems that golden beaches, blue skies and plenty of rest and relaxation isn’t enough to stop British holidaymakers bickering with each other.
A survey carried out by Holiday Extras has revealed that six in ten Brits row with their partners when abroad.
Furthermore, 20 per cent of those polled said they also bicker with their kids on holiday.
James Rye, a councillor and expert panel member from the company, said that travellers should ask themselves whether they can wait until they return home before addressing their issues.
"Ask yourself: ‘Is it worth it?’, and ‘Is it worth it now?’ You can decide to push something and have a disagreement about it, or think about whether the thing you are disagreeing over is really worth the unpleasantness," he added.
Up to six million holidays will be booked this month, with Brits eager to escape the freezing temperatures and credit crunch misery in the UK, the Telegraph reports.
