I stayed at the hotel and really liked it, it's in the best location and close to everything! That's only if you're arriving the night before though, it's included in the price you've paid if you arrive on the arrival day

Hi! I am also a first time world traveller :) Your travel plans seem quite similar to mine, only I'll be volunteering in Ghana first of all, and then South Africa. Whereabouts in South Africa are you looking to go? I'll be in Johannesburg working with lions in April.

Hi minimuffin! I'm so glad you've chosen Kenya! I was there myself back in March this year and loved it! I was in Mombasa but spent a few days in Nairobi which was a lot cooler in temperature than Mombasa. Get in touch to see my photos and feel free to read my journals! Katie
Hi guys! I'm a first time world traveller and am leaving on Feb 5th, first stop Nairobi, Kenya! Can't wait! I'll be doing Community work with children in Nakuru from the 6th Feb-20th Feb, then heading through west and eventually South Africa for some adventure! Can't want to experience Africa, work with the children and meet lots of great people. Anyone doing the same volunteer project as me at the same time, let me know and anyone who has done my project before, I'd love to hear your stories! :)
