I think I missed a word out! I have flown before, but not on my own either! I was having a blonde moment - typing quicker than I think!! I have just got an email with other volunteers contact details, looks like there will be quite a few of us around at the same time which will be awesome!!
It would be fab to meet at Heathrow - at least that way we will both end up somewhere random! I am most worried about arriving at the airport in bangalore and not knowing what to do! I'm sure it will run more smoothly than any nightmares I'm having!! xx

Aw have u never flown before?its fun!!!Altho i nearly cried first time i flew, taking off is scary but fun at the same time!!I've never flown by myself before or navigated myself around any airport so i may end up on a random flight too!!It would be an adventure!!!!
I think we are on the same flight, i get in a some stupid hour on sunday morning, 3 am i think!!So we could always meet at heathrow and make sure we get on the same plane!!Then at least we're not alone if we get the wrong plane!! xx

I cant believe how quickly it is coming around now either. I have never flown before so I am sure I will end up on some random flight somewhere!! I think you are on the same flight as me? From Heathrow leaving on 15th and landing 16th? We could always meet at Heathrow? I am now getting nervous but VERY excited!! xx

hello!!How are u? u getting excited now? its not til we go!!!!I'm getting proper scared now!!!!But also excited!!!! i still can't believe im going and im doing it alone too!!I've never flown anywhere by myself before so this will be a character building exercise!!! xxx

Yea I am ready too. I really cannot wait. I went to a few places before alone but they weren't so far away and were a few years ago too.
I'm counting down the days and everything. Just have to finish college and then I am off. Its going to be really different but a lot of fun! I have read so much on here over the past few days it sounds really great.

That was my main worry too. This is the first time I have travelled alone, so knowing a few names and faces before going is going to make a hugh difference! I can't wait to start packing!! I'm ready to go now!

I arrive on the 1st at like 4am. And I'm leaving on the 31st in the middle of the night can't remember the time. Its really good I was kind of worried about not knowing anyone but this place has helped. Really excited to have found someone staying in same place too.

Yay!!! That is wicked! When I first came on here I couldn't find anyone else going to Bangalore, will be excellent to know another face! I am soo excited, it is all I talk about at the moment!! When do you arrive?

Is that the flight from Heathrow? My flight is British Airways and gets in on the 16th at 4am too! Think it could be the same flight!! I am staying at a guest house with a lady called Shirley, I got the details on Tuesday so have only just found out. When did you book? My details came through exactly 2 weeks after booking my trip. Will be good if you are on the same flight, I won't be the only person looking lost at the airport! x
