Hi there, the reccomended vaccinations for Vietnam are in your Destination Guide (you should have had this in your Welcome Pack) so have a look through there... I'd also have a chat with your doctor and see what they think. I was in Hanoi so it'll be different for you in Mekong - the best advice I can give you is to chat with your doctor or nurse and follow their reccomendations, as they're much more qualified to talk about this than me!! Sorry I couldn't be more specific! Happy travels in Vietnam - I'm jealous!
