In July 2010 Peter Hennessey and Thomas Sawkins will begin a duo Cycle through East Africa from Pretoria, South Africa to Nairobi, Kenya.
The trip will see them pass through 9 Countries and over 5000 km.
Malaria in Africa kills more people than any other disease, but buying a simple Mosquito Net could change this. This is why they have both chosen to raise money to fund for nets along the way.
Donating a net is the cheapest and most effective way of preventing the disease. 100% of the money raised will go directly onto a new Mosquito net and a donation of just £3 will guarantee someone recieves it.
A target has been set to donate 500 Mosquito nets, 1 for each 10 km Cycled. Please help Pete and Tom along the way by pledging a donation to this worthwhile cause. It's simple Just click on the link -

We will be passing through: South Africa, Swaziland, Mozambique, Malawi, Tanzania, Burundi, Rwanda, Uganda and Kenya.
If you will be in any of these countries then get in touch as we would love to meet up and help along the way, or maybe you would like to tackle a stretch on Bike with us.
Thank you,
Pete and Tom
