Hey, I completed this program november/december last year. Really enjoyed it, though I was doing a lot of teaching with the students. I'd just finished studying education, so this wasn't an issue for me, though there was a girl your age who found it very challenging. I don't really want to speak on her behalf too much, just be sure you keep an open mind and be ready for whatever happens. Personally, I found it hard to see the way children are treated, eg: hit (nothing aggressive) and shouted at. The staff are well within their rights to do this, but it was a cultural difference that really shook me.
Overall it was a great experience, I loved my time in Nepal and the i-to-i team in country, though slightly un-organized at times, are very friendly and supportive. Not exactly on this site much, now that my program is completed, but if you want any advice, please send me an email, lukejedd@hotmail.com

Good luck!
