Of all the countries in Latin America the one place I have a real yearning to go to is Colombia. Everyone I've met who's been there raves about how beautiful it is, how friendly the people are and what a great place it is (excluding one or two areas!) to travel.
Any one out there been?
Am I on my own wanting to explore Colombia or do you think it's going to be a popular place to head to over the next few years?

Hi Bruce, I've been to Colombia as I have family out there. You're right, it's an amazing country and well worth visiting. It's a bit of an arse to get there though - I had to go via France as there are no direct flights from the UK! Air France then lost my luggage, so it didn't start too well! All worth it though :) There's a couple of pictures on my passprt if you fancy a nosy.
