About Me

My names Amy, I'm 22 and about to graduate from uni in Edinburgh! (4 verrrry long years at uni...) I studied Sport & Exercise science and am very into sports, hence why I signed up to work experience at a Rio surf school.. it's one thing I've never tried but looks awesome!
I'm loving life as a non-student (so far) as I'm doing part-time bar work, going out quite alot and catching up on gym & movie time with my flatmate!

I'm not allowed to send you email address because of data protection =( The only ones I CAN send you are people doing exactly the same project as you, on the same start date. Daft I know!! Campfire is the best place to find peeps for now... and it seems you've been doing ok so far! =)

lol... that's exactly what i did last year when i went to Africa with i-to-i ;-) only finished paying it off a couple months ago lol... this time i figured I wouldn't have a job when i got back, so having outstanding money on the old cc is a big no no x

Hey, I have just sent you a friend request as i'm 80% sure I will be doing one of the Brazil projects with i-to-i next year, not a weirdo or anything!!!! Wonder if I could pick your brains once you are back from doing yours!!! How long are you going for? interestingly enough I'm doing near enough the same degree as you (nutrition & exercise science) and i thought of doing the surf school... but i think i'm leaning more towards favela renovation at the moment......

Hi Amy,
Just had a look for you and there'll be a total of 7 people in Rio when you arrive =) All of the accomodations are within ten minutes of each other so you'll have plenty of people to hang out with. Plus, halfway through your time there, a guy called Paul will arrive and he's going to be volunteering at the surf school too. You'll be able to show him the ropes!
