Here is Alice (my room mate) with Kavita. The project/school is called VIHAAN. School is improving because we have a timetable now, so I can plan the night before. Iâm hopeless at thinking on my feet! We had grapes for food supplement. They looked gorgeous but I darenât eat them because water was dripping off them, and you never know where itâs come from in the slum. Iâve got some pictures of the children on my digital camera but Iâm not going to be able to put them on until I get home. The herd of black hairy pigs and piglets who live in the rubbish in the slum seem to be growing in number everyday. They are very cute. Also, the indoor cow now has a calf with her, Iâve just noticed.
