We have a friendly team of travel experts who are world-wise travellers on-hand to answer your every query; from which vaccinations you require, to the right clothing to pack for the time of year in a particular country! Our team is available Monday – Friday to answer your questions before you go.

Once you book on to a project you'll receive an online account that contains loads of general information about volunteering, about your chosen country and how to have fun and stay safe. We'll also give you advice on visas and inoculations.
Don’t just take our word for it!
As much as we like to help, it’s important to keep your wits about you and to do your own research before you embark on any travel adventure overseas. We will help in every way we can, but it’s your responsibility to ensure you have all your credentials sorted out to avoid any delays or complications during your time abroad: for example, ensure your passport is valid for a start!
